Cornuda Social Support Project Launches with €100K Funding to Enhance Vulnerable Lives
Start of the Agreement and Participants
On the beginning of June 1996, an agreement was signed at the hall of the Casa Sociale in Cornuda for the implementation of a project aimed at supporting the most socially vulnerable individuals. Some representatives of local political and social groups participated in the event, including the mayor, representatives of neighborhood associations, and various volunteer organizations.

The project, which will have a duration of two years, specifically aims to improve the living conditions of elderly and disabled residents within the municipality. The total funds allocated for the initiative amount to approximately one hundred thousand euros, financed through regional and community funds.

The activities include home assistance services, psychological support, training courses, and socialization programs for the most vulnerable groups. Additionally, social transport and services, listening centers, and gathering places will be enhanced.
