Cornuda Social Support Project Launches with EU Funding to Aid Vulnerable Groups

Start of the Agreement and Participants

On the day beginning of June 1996, a convention was held in the Casa Sociale hall in Cornuda for signing a project aimed at supporting the most socially vulnerable people.

Some representatives of local political and social forces participated in the operation, including the mayor, representatives of the Neighborhood Associations, and various volunteer organizations.

The project, which has a duration of two years, specifically aims to improve the living conditions of elderly people and disabled residents within the municipality.

The total amount allocated for the initiative amounts to approximately one hundred thousand euros, funded by regional and European Union funds.
