On early June 1996, a convention was held at the Casa Sociale hall in Cornuda for the signing of a project supporting the most vulnerable social groups. Several representatives of local political and social forces participated, including the mayor, representatives of the neighborhood association, and various volunteer organizations.
Objectives and funding
The project, which will last two years, aims in particular to improve the living conditions of the elderly and disabled residents of the municipality. The total amount allocated for the realization of the initiative is approximately one hundred thousand euros, financed with regional and community funds.
Planned activities and specific objectives
The activities include home care services, psychological support, training courses, and socialization programs for the most vulnerable groups. Social transport services will also be strengthened, and listening and gathering centers established.

The municipal administration has committed to supporting the initiatives, ensuring surveillance services and coordination among the various involved components.
