Start of the Agreement and Participants

On the beginning of June 1996, a convention was held at the hall of the Casa Sociale in Cornuda to sign a project aimed at supporting the most vulnerable social groups. Participants included some representatives of local political and social forces, such as the mayor, representatives of the neighborhood association, and various volunteer organizations.

The project, which will last two years, mainly seeks to improve the living conditions of the elderly and disabled residents in the municipality. The total amount allocated for the implementation of this initiative is approximately one hundred thousand euros, funded through regional and European community funds.
