Start of the Convention and Participants

On early June 1996, a convention was held at the hall of the Casa Sociale in Cornuda for the signing of a project aimed at supporting the most vulnerable social groups. The event was attended by some representatives of local political and social forces, including the mayor, representatives of the neighborhood association and various volunteer organizations.

The project, which will last two years, focuses in particular on improving the living conditions of elderly and disabled residents within the municipality. The total amount allocated for the initiative is approximately one hundred thousand euros, funded by regional and European funds.
