Start of the Agreement and Participants

On the day of June 1996 entries, a convention was held at the hall of the Casa Sociale in Cornuda for signing a project supporting the socially most vulnerable people.

Several representatives of local political and social forces participated in the^’ operation, including the mayor, representatives of the Neighborhood Associations, and various volunteer organizations.

Objectives and Funding

The project, which lasts for two years, primarily aims to improve the living conditions of the elderly and disabled residents within the municipality.

The total amount allocated for the ^’ initiative amounts to approximately one hundred thousand euros, funded by regional and European Union funds.

Planned Activities and Goals

The activities include home assistance services, psychological support, training courses, and socialization programs for the categories most in need.

Social transportation and services, listening and meeting centers will also be strengthened.

The project aims to promote social inclusion and improve the quality of life for the involved individuals, also creating opportunities for encounter and solidarity among citizens.

The Role of Institutions and Associations

^l Comune di Cornuda has committed to supporting initiatives, providing surveillance services and coordinating among the various involved components.

Volunteer associations will play a central role in ^’ organization and management of activities, ensuring active participation from the local community.
