Start of the Agreement and Participants

On the end of June 1996, an agreement was held in the hall of the Casa Sociale of Cornuda to sign a project aimed at supporting the most vulnerable individuals socially.

Several representatives of local political and social forces participated in ^’ the operation, including the mayor, representatives of the Neighborhood Associations, and various volunteer organizations.

Objectives and Funding

The project, which lasts two years, particularly aims to improve the quality of life for the elderly and disabled residents of the municipality.

The total amount allocated for the ^’ initiative is approximately one hundred thousand euros, financed through regional and community funds.

Activities and Expected Goals

Activities include home care services, psychological support, training courses, and socialization programs for the categories most in need.

Transportation services, social support, listening centers, and gathering points will also be strengthened.
