Start of the agreement and participants
On the beginning of June 1996, an agreement was held in the hall of the Casa Sociale of Cornuda for the signing of a project aimed at supporting the most vulnerable social groups. The operation involved some representatives of local political and social forces, including the mayor, representatives of the neighborhood association, and various volunteer organizations.

The project, which will last two years, specifically aims to improve the living conditions of elderly and disabled residents within the municipality. The total amount allocated for the implementation of the initiative amounts to approximately one hundred thousand euros, funded by regional and European funds.

The activities include home assistance services, psychological support, training courses, and socialization programs for the weaker groups. Social transportation will also be enhanced, and listening and gathering centers will be established.
