Cornuda Social Vulnerability Project Launch in 1996 Collaboration
Start of the Agreement and Participants
On the day of June 1996 entries, a convention was held at the Casa Sociale hall in Cornuda to sign a project in favor of the most socially vulnerable people.
Some representatives of local political and social forces participated in the ’ operation, including the mayor, representatives of the Neighbourhood Associations, and various volunteer organizations.
Objectives and Funding
The project, which has a duration of two years, aims in particular to improve the living conditions of elderly and disabled residents in the municipality.
The total amount allocated for the implementation of the ’ initiative is approximately one hundred thousand euros, funded with regional and community funds.
Activities and Planned Goals
The activities include home assistance services, psychological support, training and socialization courses for the categories most in need.
Social transport and services, listening centers, and gathering spaces will also be enhanced.
