Start of the Agreement and Participants
On the day of June 1996 entries, an agreement was held at the hall of the Casa Sociale of Cornuda for signing a project aimed at supporting the most socially vulnerable people.
Some representatives of local political and social forces participated in the’ operation, including the mayor, representatives of Neighborhood Associations, and several volunteer organizations.
Objectives and Funding
The project, which has a duration of two years, specifically aims to improve the living conditions of the elderly and disabled residents within the municipality.
The total amount allocated for the ‘ initiative amounts to approximately one hundred thousand euros, funded by regional and European Union resources.
Activities and Expected Goals
The activities include home assistance services, psychological support, training and socialization courses for the categories most in need.
Social transportation and services, listening centers, and gathering points will also be enhanced.

The Role of Institutions and Associations
