Start of the agreement and participants
On the day at the end of June 1996, an agreement was held in the hall of the Casa Sociale in Cornuda to sign a project supporting the most vulnerable members of society.
Some representatives of local political and social forces participated in ’ the operation, including the mayor, representatives of Neighborhood Associations, and various volunteer organizations.
Objectives and funding
The project, which has a duration of two years, especially aims to improve the living conditions of elderly and disabled residents in the municipality.
The total amount allocated for the implementation of ’ the initiative amounts to approximately one hundred thousand euros, funded by regional and community funds.
Activities and planned objectives
The activities include home care services, psychological support, training courses, and socialization programs for the weaker categories.
Social transport and services, listening centers, and gathering places will also be enhanced.
