Desenzano Councilman Spiller Slams PGT Management and Housing Crisis

During the latest Desenzano City Council meeting, M5S Councilor Andrea Spiller criticized the management of the Desenzano PGT, claiming that the proposed PGT variant amounts to only routine maintenance of the 2017 document and does not address the housing emergency raised in the council chamber.

Spiller argued that the administration’s amendments focused mainly on regulatory adjustments and simplifications, with significant changes only made to the San Martino PLIS, which he believed could have been implemented earlier. He accused the government of postponing decisive actions for nine years and passing the issue to higher regional or national authorities.
