The Brescia Prosecutor’s Office has opened a case for unintentional homicide, suggesting that the 50-year-old owner of the establishment may have indirectly caused the victim’s death. During a two-hour interrogation, the man provided his account of the events without facing any challenges from the prosecutor. The death was reported to emergency services after 9 PM by friends who were present at the time of the incident, who witnessed Folli collapse to the ground in a pool of blood.
