Dirama Festival in Brescia Puts Nature and Land Stewardship at the Center, June 27–July 4

Brescia hosts the eighth edition of the Festival Dirama from June 27 to July 4, 2026, a programme focused on nature, relationships and caring for the local territory. The event brings together guided nature walks, forest immersion activities, “poetry of the woods” sessions and a film screening, with appointments across different locations in the city.

The festival kicks off on Saturday, June 27 at 8:30 pm with “I suoni del bosco” (Sounds of the Forest), a forest immersion in the Valle di Mompiano meeting at Polveriera di Mompiano. On Tuesday, June 30 at 6:00 pm, “Il patrimonio naturale del Mella” takes place with a nature walk starting from via Castagna near the greenway access; on Wednesday, July 1 at 9:30 pm, Cinema Nuovo Eden (via Musei 81/B) screens “Avatar – Fuoco e cenere”; on Friday, July 3 at 8:30 pm, “La poesia del bosco” meets at the car park of the sports centre on via Badia. The closing event is Saturday, July 4 at 9:30 am with “Biodiversità in cammino”, a nature walk from the public garden on via della Parrocchia in Sant’Eufemia.
