Recently, the Forest Carabinieri of the Castiglione delle Stiviere station discovered two vehicles left in a state of environmental degradation. During a patrol, the officers found an abandoned Audi A3 on Via Kennedy, in the Five Continents neighborhood. After conducting checks, it was revealed that the car belongs to a 47-year-old Moroccan currently incarcerated in Morocco, who has been fined €1,666 for the condition of the vehicle. The municipal administration has been informed to initiate the removal and disposal procedures for the car.
Just a few kilometers from Castiglione, along Bardellona Road in Guidizzolo, a Renault Clio was also found abandoned, registered to a 67-year-old Moroccan citizen residing in the municipality. He is also facing a €1,666 fine and the initiation of municipal procedures for the disposal of the vehicle. These incidents highlight not only the problem of abandoned cars but also the legal and environmental implications that arise from them.
