Fabrizio Senici Launches Noir Novel Cold in the Face in Brescia on March 14

Fabrizio Senici’s upcoming noir novel, “Il freddo in faccia,” will be released in bookstores on March 18, 2026. The story follows a man returning to Brescia from Argentina after over 40 years, confronting a troubled past rooted in the city’s years of lead and personal betrayals. The novel explores themes of memory, remorse, and the impact of historical and individual choices.

The book’s launch will take place on March 14 at 5:30 PM at Brescia’s Teatro Der Mast, featuring interpretive readings by actor Silvio Gandellini. Senici, a Brescia-born author and communication professional, invites the public to engage in discussions about the novel’s reflection on collective and personal history, blending private storytelling with recent historical events.
