Designed by renowned South Tyrolean architect and designer Matteo Thun in collaboration with landscape architect João Nunes, the resort adopts a terraced architectural layout that respects the natural topography of the gulf of Salò. The property features 85 luxury suites and private residences set within a lush, 55,000-square-metre botanical park populated with holm oaks, olive groves, cypresses, and native Mediterranean flora.
A central feature of the estate is the 5,500-square-metre Acquapura wellness sanctuary, incorporating multiple heated indoor and outdoor infinity pools, hydrotherapy circuits, and bespoke holistic treatments, complemented by refined culinary concepts celebrating regional farmers and nearby Valtènesi vineyards.
