A fire broke out in the last few hours in Villanuova sul Clisi, where the roof of a house caught fire. The alert was raised by the mayor of the municipality, Caterina Dusi, who, noticing the smoke coming from the building, promptly contacted emergency services. Local police officers arrived on the scene and found two elderly individuals attempting to extinguish the flames with makeshift methods, without having alerted emergency services.
Rescue efforts were quickly activated, and the Firefighters arrived at the scene, managing to contain and extinguish the fire that had erupted in the attic. Fortunately, no injuries have been reported among the residents of the house. Authorities are now investigating the causes that led to the outbreak of the fire.
