Franciacorta Wine and Chardonnay Ice Cream Tasting at Lo Sparviere

It will taste of pinot, barbera, fragolino, traminer, but above all of Chardonnay and DOC Franciacorta sparkling wine—the original “wine ice cream” that will be served and sampled at the “Lo Sparviere” agricultural estate, tomorrow in Monticelli Brusati during Cantine Aperte.

The owner of the estate has decided to change course and, alongside classic tastings and generous wine samplings, will serve an absolutely unique ice cream.

One of Italy’s most famous gelato shops has been entrusted with preparing delicious ice creams made with Italy’s most renowned wines and those produced by the Monticelli Brusati estate.
