Garda Area Scammers Impersonate Carabinieri with Fake Magazine Calls

They impersonate Carabinieri when they telephone hoteliers, shop owners, artisans, and restaurant owners in the Middle and Upper Garda area, offering subscriptions to army magazines.

These are not military personnel, but scammers who, from time to time, claim to belong to finance, police, fire brigade, or Municipal police.
