Garda in Festa: new cultural festival with free events
On June 29, Lake Garda is set to host an unmissable event: the inaugural edition of the cultural festival “Garda – A Lake in Celebration.” The event will take place at the Parco del Vittoriale degli Italiani in Gardone Riviera and will offer a day filled with free events dedicated to art, literature, technology, and culinary excellence. Promoted through the collaboration of the Vittoriale degli Italiani, the Garda Community, and GardaMusei, the festival is directed by Giordano Bruno Guerri and serves as a preview of future cultural initiatives in the Garda area.
The day will kick off at 12:30 PM with the opening of the exhibition “And the Ship Sails On,” dedicated to the renowned set designer Dante Ferretti. In the afternoon, various events will enliven the park, including discussions with experts from the cultural sector, presentations of technological innovations such as 3D printing, and guided tastings. There will also be roaming artistic performances and an immersive virtual reality experience dedicated to Claude Monet. All events are free of charge until capacity is reached, providing an opportunity to enjoy a day of culture in the heart of Lake Garda.
