Garda Scammers Impersonate Police Offering Fake Magazine Subscriptions

They impersonate Carabinieri when making phone calls to hoteliers, shopkeepers, artisans, and restaurateurs in the middle and upper Garda area, offering subscriptions to Arma magazines.

These are not military personnel, but scammers who, from time to time, claim to be part of the finance police, police forces, fire brigade, or municipal police.

They often offer subscriptions to non-existent magazines or magazines that have no connection with law enforcement agencies.
