Garda Trentino Half Marathon Sees 1700 Registrations for 2026 Race
The Garda Trentino Half Marathon has already sold 25% of its 7,000 race bibs, with 1,700 athletes registered across four events, including over 1,100 international participants from countries such as Germany, Poland, Italy, Austria, and Hungary. Registration continues at a pace of approximately 140 new entries daily, with the event scheduled for November 8, 2026. The race has previously attracted over 6,200 participants from 77 nations, with 66% international and 51% female runners.
Organizers have allocated 4,800 bibs for the half marathon, along with additional spots for shorter races and kids’ events. The program includes boat excursions, a palaexpo zone, culinary events, free shuttles, and parking. Last year’s winners were Jacob Kipkorir Kosgei from Kenya and Katarzyna Barbara Cieslar from Poland, with course records held by Elijah Kiplagat Kurgat and Laura Hottenroitt in the half marathon, and Jean Marie Vianney Niyomukiza and Silvia Weissteiner in the 10K.
