The Garda Trentino Half Marathon has reached a sold out milestone for its main distance of 21 kilometers, with 4,100 runners registered from 70 countries, a result achieved well ahead of last year. The event, scheduled for November 9, is one of the most anticipated running competitions in the region, reaffirming its international prestige. For those who were unable to register for the main race, spots are still available for the 10K and the Kids Run, while entries for the recreational Run4Fun are fully booked.
The president of the Organizing Committee, Sandro Poli, stated that the influx of participants has exceeded all expectations and emphasized the significance of foreign presence, contributing to positioning the event among the most international in Trentino. Among the novelties of this edition will be the After-race party “Novembeer” at PalaFiere in Riva del Garda and a cruise in the Gulf of Lake Garda dedicated to foreign athletes. Thus, the event promises a mix of sports and entertainment, further enhancing the local territory.
