About 1000 athletes and nearly 30 clubs gathered today at the Livio Turina Stadium in Salò to participate in the 50th Trofeo del Garda, an event that celebrates the tradition of youth athletics in Lombardy. The competition was intense, with the host club, Robur Salò, and Atletica Rezzato vying for the top spot. In the end, Atletica Rezzato triumphed with 203 points, followed by Robur Salò with 151 points and Atletica Pompiano with 110 points. Many athletes achieved significant results, such as Carla Assane from Atletica Lonato, who secured a spot for the Italian championships.
The Trofeo del Garda once again demonstrated its value in the landscape of sporting events in Lombardy, uniting passion and competition among young talents.
