Moments of tension in Riva del Garda this afternoon, Thursday, May 1st, when a 20-year-old man experienced a health crisis while in the water near the Sabbioni beach. Fortunately, some acquaintances were able to rescue him and call for help, which arrived swiftly thanks to the presence of medical personnel engaged in the nearby Bike Festival, an annual event that attracts numerous cycling enthusiasts.
After receiving initial treatment on-site, the young man was transported to the hospital via air ambulance, highlighting the promptness of the response in this medical emergency. In addition to the doctors, firefighters and law enforcement also intervened to ensure the safety of the situation.
