Hundreds of Students Named Young Ambassadors for Tulipanomania 2026 at Sigurtà Park

One hundred primary school students from Valeggio sul Mincio’s Carlo Collodi School were appointed Young Ambassadors for Tulipanomania 2026 after planting bulbs at the Sigurtà Garden Park. The activity took place on January 14-15 as part of educational initiatives ahead of the park’s reopening on March 7, 2026, highlighting gardening and natural cycles.

During the visits, students received official badges and learned about bulb planting, including positioning and care. The event is linked to the park’s international recognition for its tulip festival, which in March and April will feature over a million tulips. The park’s management emphasized the importance of nurturing future generations through such activities, with the park set to reopen with free entry for Valeggio residents.
