Karin T. Launches New Album ‘Rag Dol/Livin’ In A Movie’ at Sesto Senso
“Rag Dol / Livin’ In A Movie” is the name of this new album, along with its accompanying music video created by Match Music (a highly successful radio network), which singer, presenter, and showgirl Karin T. has recently produced. Available in distribution for several days through “SELF Distribuzione” / Milan, and published by Remida Records, Karin T.’s latest work will be officially presented on Friday, May 19th at Sesto Senso club in Desenzano (midnight), with the special appearance of Albertino, the renowned DJ from Radio Deejay.

An important event during which attendees can discover or rediscover this personality, Karin T.—“born in Bolzano not too many years ago, daughter of a father who played piano and sang while her mother was a virtuoso on drums,” as her already extensive résumé states. “Sparkling television showgirl,” “promising film diva,” “lively radio host,” “personality of great fame,” “dance music performer”… many and detailed are the descriptions attributed to this young artist—a “blonde angel at the heart of music, with an engaging smile.” Karin T., who apparently took her first artistic steps at Sesto Senso club, especially adores Lake Garda, where she recently moved. The artistic journey of Karin T.
Karin T., whose bundle of experiences already seems quite full (from classical dance school followed by modern dance, private lessons, and family sessions to learn drums), debuted in 1995 with her first record “Christmas Gift,” which became the official television theme for Christmas greetings on Italia 1. The proceeds from that release were donated to charity for “Telefono Azzurro Rosa.” In 1996, she released “My Paradise,” structured in four versions with arrangements by Alfa, a project that conceals the artistic collaboration of Albertino (again! ed.) and Fargetta. This track was successfully performed by Karin T. at Festivalbar.
In addition to being a correspondent for Planet – Italia 1, in 1997 she recorded “Prendimi con te” with Media Italiana, which also became the theme song for the summer tour “Swimming & Jumping.” In the same year, Karin T. acted in two films by Jerry Calà, “Gli inaffidabili” and “Non chiamatemi papà.” Many other commitments have marked this “spicy girl’s” artistic life, leading up to her latest release, “Rag Dol / Livin’ In A Movie,” which we will be able to enjoy at Sesto Senso club next Friday, the 19th.
