Lakeside Carnival 2026 Sparks Parades and Shows from February 12 to 17
Lake Garda towns will host Carnevale 2026 festivities from February 12 to 17, featuring parades, performances, and mask contests, with a final event scheduled for March 28. Highlights include Salò’s itinerant music along Lungolago Zanardelli and inflatable attractions in Piazza Serenissima; Toscolano Maderno’s “Maschere del Garda” contest and street entertainment; and Gargnano’s inflatable activities and “Il Genio Impossibile” show, culminating in the “Gargnano in Maschera” parade on February 17.
Additional events across the region include Manerba’s 39th Mascherina d’Argento, Desenzano’s mask-making workshop at the Rambotti Museum, and Arco’s 150th anniversary celebrations. Peschiera hosts “Carnevalissimo 2026,” Lazise celebrates Colà & Re del Goto, Bardolino’s festivities in Calmasino, and Malcesine’s Gran Carnevale with food stands and traditional games. The program also features parades and performances in Garda, Torri del Benaco, and other lakefront towns.
