Land for rent in Linfano: details on the public auction

Alto Garda has announced the leasing of five agricultural plots in Linfano, which will be allocated through a public auction with a single and definitive bid. The lots, with areas ranging from 8,169 to 13,747 square meters, will be made available to active farmers registered as direct cultivators or principal agricultural entrepreneurs, as well as to agricultural companies listed in the provincial agricultural enterprise registry (Apia). The starting annual rent for each hectare is set at 1,600 euros. Bids must be submitted to Amsa by 12:00 PM on Friday, December 19 and must comply with the specifications outlined in the announcement.
