Start of the Agreement and Participants

On the beginning of June 1996, a convention was held at Casa Sociale in Cornuda to sign a project aimed at supporting the most vulnerable members of society. Several representatives from local political and social forces participated in the event, including the mayor, representatives of neighborhood associations, and various volunteer organizations.

The project, which will last two years, primarily aims to improve the living conditions of elderly and disabled residents within the municipality. The total amount allocated for the initiative is approximately one hundred thousand euros, funded through regional and community grants.

The activities include home care services, psychological support, training and socialization courses for the weaker groups. Additionally, social transportation and services, listening centers, and gathering places will be enhanced.
