Lonato del Garda: lost packages and circular economy opportunities
Lonato del Garda is set to host King Colis, an event dedicated to the “blind” resale of lost packages, taking place at the Il Leone Shopping Center from March 4 to 9, from 10 AM to 7 PM. This initiative aims to contribute to waste reduction and promote the concept of circular economy, offering visitors the chance to purchase mystery packages from undelivered shipments in the e-commerce market. Participants can choose between two types of packages: a standard version priced at €1.99 and a premium version at €2.79 per 100 grams.
King Colis is a French startup that launched this project to recover lost packages that were previously destroyed after the recipients received refunds. The event represents a unique opportunity to discover items such as clothing, technology, and gadgets, giving new life to products otherwise destined for disposal. Admission is free and open to all, with a recommendation that minors be accompanied by an adult.
