As announced by the Area Servizi alla Persona of the Municipality of Lonato, the after-school project called “Spazio+” will also be offered for the 2024-2025 school year. It is primarily aimed at students residing in Lonato del Garda, attending the Comprehensive Institute, and aged 6 to 14.
The service will start on September 16, 2024, and end on May 30, 2025. It will take place three days a week, specifically on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, from 2:00 PM to 5:00-6:00 PM, at the “Don Milani” Primary School and the “M.Buonarroti” Primary School (Esenta).
The maximum number of students that can be accommodated is 75, and priority will be given to families residing in the Municipality of Lonato, with both parents working full-time or single-parent families where the parent is employed, based on the chronological order of registration in the protocol.
Registrations will be collected from May 2 to May 30, 2024, by completing a specific form available on the Municipality’s official website and submitting it directly to the Social Services Office of the Municipality during opening hours, or by sending it to the email addresses sociali@comune.lonato.bs.it or servizisociali3@comune.lonato.bs.it.
In June, the requirements of the applicants will be examined, and the final groups will be approved.
The monthly fee is determined by the Municipal Administration based on residency and the month of September. For the month of September only, both residents and non-residents will pay a fee of €40. For residents, the monthly fee will be €65, while for non-residents (admitted only if there are available spots), it will be €75 per month.
The fee must be paid through the free IO application. It should be noted that failure to pay the fee may result in suspension from the service.
Students enrolled at the main location will be able to use the cafeteria service under the conditions and rates applicable to the school lunch service, upon presentation of the I.S.E.E 2024 certificate.
For students enrolled at the Esenta location and middle school classes, supervision will be provided during the lunch break, as the cafeteria service is not yet available.
