Medical Service for Tourists

The District of the Provincial Health Services Company announces the launch of the medical service for Italian and foreign tourists starting today. The service will run until September 9th.

Availability is provided throughout the week from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. at the telephone numbers 338/3363342 or 328/9021398. The Riva clinic is open at the Salus Center (Viale Rosmini, 5) from Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. (tel. 0464/582655).

In Arco instead (Villa Tappainer, Via Donatori di Sangue), the service is available on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. During night hours (from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m.), the medical guard will provide emergency services, available in Riva at 0464/582629 and in Arco at 0464/582257.

Fees and Regulations

The fees have been set at 10,000 lire for prescriptions, 30,000 lire for outpatient visits, and 50,000 lire for home visits.

Foreign nationals must possess a valid Form E/111 registered with the Office of Benefits at the Riva District Health Service, which will issue a document to present to the doctor requesting the visit.
