The Traffic Police have reconstructed the events, revealing that the man made a reckless overtaking maneuver at high speed, invading the opposite lane and resulting in a devastating head-on collision. Following the incident, it was discovered that the driver tested positive for cocaine, a factor that has intensified the charges against him for vehicular homicide.
Currently hospitalized in serious condition, the man is under investigation for aggravated vehicular homicide due to drug use.
