A serious motorcycle-car accident occurred this morning, Friday, May 16, along the Gardesana Occidentale in Limone sul Garda, specifically in the Castèl area. The alert was raised shortly before noon when a motorcycle carrying two people collided violently with a car that appeared to have just exited a parking space. The collision had severe consequences, particularly for the motorcycle passenger, a 50-year-old woman, who sustained significant injuries.
Following the accident, emergency medical personnel requested air ambulance services, which arrived from Bergamo to urgently transport the woman in critical condition to the Papa Giovanni hospital. The second injured party, a 70-year-old man, was also transferred, but in stable condition. The accident caused considerable traffic disruption on the Gardesana, leading to long queues and necessitating the intervention of local police to manage the situation and carry out the necessary investigations.
