A serious motorcycle accident occurred this morning, Sunday, March 30, along the Gardesana road in the area of Prevalle, where a car collided with a group of motorcyclists. The incident involved five motorcycles traveling together towards Lake Garda; the car struck the vehicles head-on, causing two motorcyclists, both men aged between 50 and 60, to be violently thrown off their bikes. The alert was raised around 8:30 AM, prompting a massive response from Prevalle emergency services, including ambulances, medical cars, and two helicopters from Bergamo and Verona.
The two injured riders were transported to the hospital in critical condition due to the severity of their injuries. Meanwhile, law enforcement, including carabinieri and traffic police, along with firefighters, secured the area by closing the Gardesana road in both directions, resulting in significant disruptions to local traffic. Investigations to determine the dynamics of the accident are still ongoing.
