The 2nd edition of the MuscoTrail took place in Muscoline, dedicated to the memory of Antonello Restuccia and part of the National Regional Trail Running Championship Libertas. The event, organized by Running Muscoline in collaboration with the Municipality and the sports commission, saw the participation of around 400 athletes. Among them, about a hundred took part in the competitive 12 km race, a challenging course that received praise for its difficulty. In the men’s competition, Alberto Cavagnini triumphed with a final time of 45:06, followed by Michele Massetti and Nicola Porcu. In the women’s category, Silvia Casella repeated her success from the previous year, completing the course in 55:39. Vanessa Corsini finished in second place, while Monica Giordani secured the third spot on the podium. The excellent performance of the athletes made the event a great success in the local trail running scene.
