Nautic Show at Montichiari: Italy’s Premier Boat, Water Sports Event
While the lake seems to be dozing, the final phase, the most intense, resulting from nearly a year of preparation, of the “Nautic Show” is decisively entering its peak. It is the most important Italian boat show after the international Geneva Motor Show, and the third in Europe on land.
And the number of sports enthusiasts and champions, along with personalities from the entertainment and cinema industries, is increasing. They will attend the event scheduled for February at the Centro Fiera di Montichiari. This year, as announced, the patron of the event will be actress Anna Falchi. After the inauguration, she will visit the stands organized by Optimist of Padua and Staff Service of Brescia throughout Saturday afternoon, and participate in the various highlight moments of the show presented by the group led by Luciano Coin and that headed by Carlo Miotto.
Participation and enthusiasm
However, the Nautic Show will also feature dozens of sports champions, well-known figures like Alessia Mancini, Olympic gold medalists (we hint at a few names: Rosolino, Fioravanti, Genoni), and athletes involved in water competitions, along with three Miss Italia titleholders, all ensuring lively presence and cheerfulness, together with a Brazilian musical ensemble.
Breaking the mold and looking towards the future, Nautic Show – the Third European Nautical Fair – presents, in the heart of the Po Valley, at the Centro Fiera di Montichiari, the best of national and international production.
The event, which has rapidly risen to become the second national nautical fair, enjoys exponential growth and increasing success in terms of exhibitors and visitors. The world of boating is showcased in the best possible way.
The level of quality achieved is such that only a few boat shows can compete with this reality. Nautic Show in this edition will feature products at the highest levels, reaching record figures for both participation and area used.
More than 35,000 square meters are dedicated to exhibitors, offering high-quality services and maximum assistance thanks to the professionalism of Optimist and Staff Service.
An extremely high number of national and international shipyards will participate with their most innovative and anticipated products. The organizers are confident that the public attendance will also set new records.
Visitors will have the opportunity, for the first time or to deepen their knowledge and passion for boating.
Every sector is represented: accessories, engines in general, trailers, nautical furnishings. Additionally, useful services provided by sports associations, nautical, canoe, and kayak schools, tourism boards, insurance companies, specialized publishers, and numerous industry experts and professionals.
The fishing segment is meticulously curated: reels, lines, baits, equipment and accessories, clothing, fishing boats.
Finally, the collateral events: activities within the “event“. The fair’s potential is such that it involves and interests many local entities and public bodies directly or indirectly linked to the event: many of these, as previously mentioned, have already confirmed their presence or are watching the event’s development.
Among the exhibits, beyond the top nautical shipyards, will be Velic Circles, representatives of diving centers, Assistance Centers, some Golf Clubs, and thermal spa facilities.
The 2001 edition of Nautic Show has all the characteristics to once again be a great success.
