The Trentino Emergency Operations Unit has recently delivered 31 new defibrillators to the Trentino Alpine and Speleological Rescue, an initiative aimed at enhancing the response to health emergencies in the area. These life-saving devices will be distributed among the 33 territorial stations, thereby updating the existing equipment of the operational teams and ensuring quicker and more effective interventions in critical situations.
Walter Cainelli, president of the Trentino Alpine and Speleological Rescue, emphasized the importance of collaboration between local entities to improve the timeliness of interventions. The new defibrillators will be installed on the vehicles of the stations, ensuring that technicians have the appropriate tools to handle emergencies in challenging environments. This initiative is part of a broader program aimed at the continuous updating of equipment and training for operators to maintain high standards in rescue operations.
