On Sunday, October 5th, Limone sul Garda will be one of the highlights of the Orange Treasure Hunt, an event organized by the Italian Touring Club that will involve over a hundred Orange Flag villages across Italy. In Lombardy, twelve municipalities will participate in the initiative, offering visitors the chance to explore local history, traditions, and flavors through a six-stop route. Among other Lombard locations, Ponti sul Mincio and Solferino will also take part, but Limone sul Garda will stand out with a concert by the band “Echi del Garda.” The Orange Treasure Hunt is open to everyone, both adults and children, and serves as an invitation to discover fascinating places that are often lesser-known. Participants can register their teams online and will receive a complimentary “Village Recipe Book,” featuring typical recipes from the participating locations. The event not only aims to enhance Italy’s cultural heritage but also supports projects for the regeneration of the country’s inland areas through a donation to the Italian Touring Club.
