Padenghe and Pieve di Sant’Emiliano Showcase Rich Cultural Heritage Events

The final event of the “Voci dalle Pievi” cultural series will take place on Sunday, January 4th, at 3:30 PM at the Pieve di Sant’Emiliano in Padenghe. Organized by the Vincenzo Gioberti Cultural Association with support from Brescia Province and Padenghe Municipality, the event aims to celebrate local heritage through music and dialect, featuring performances by the Sunadur Company from Ponte Caffaro and local dialect authors Giuseppe Ghidinelli and Nerino Mora.

This event marks the conclusion of a project launched in 2023 and continued into 2024, focused on rediscovering Brescia’s Christmas traditions. Held in the historic setting of the Pieve di Sant’Emiliano, the event is free to attend and will end with a communal gathering organized by the Vincenzo Gioberti Association for participants to exchange holiday wishes.
