Pai del Vo’ Cultural Center Hosts Human Rights Talk and Community Events

Doppio appointment for the centro culturale Pai del Vo’. On Friday, January 28th at 8:30 pm, at the civic hall on via Colombo, there will be a meeting with Arrigo Mamene, head of Amnesty International in Verona, on the topic «The violation of human rights fifty years after the Universal Declaration».

The following day, at 12:30 pm, a social lunch and members’ assembly will be held at the Pontesel restaurant. Meanwhile, registrations for the cultural center are also open: they can be collected at the Gabritour agency.

Oranges of health

On Saturday, the «Oranges of Health» return to Piazzale Roma and Piazzale Catullo, an initiative by Aire aimed at raising awareness and preventing cancer. The theme of the day is diet, seen as a means to fight cancer.
