The actor Fabio Testi has been awarded the Palladio Gardesano 2025 during a gala evening held at the Savoy Palace in Gardone Riviera. This recognition, established in 2014 by the Confraternity of Groppello, honors individuals and organizations that stand out for their efforts in the protection of Lake Garda. Massimo Claudio Piergentili, president of the Confraternity, emphasized that Testi serves as a true ambassador for the beauty of Lake Garda, highlighting his commitment to combating excessive tourism and urbanization, as well as his collaborations with local administrators and environmental associations to address the region’s challenges. The Palladio Gardesano award annually celebrates significant figures connected to the culture and enhancement of the Gardesano region in conjunction with the Vendemmia festival. Over the years, this prestigious recognition has been bestowed upon various prominent individuals, including entrepreneurs and artists who have contributed to promoting local values.
