Perfume theft in Gavardo: thief arrested thanks to commercial surveillance

A man was arrested in Gavardo following an attempted theft inside a shopping center. The thief, already known to law enforcement, attempted to steal eleven perfumes by hiding them in a backpack. However, his suspicious behavior during the escape caught the attention of the security guards.

The guards immediately contacted the local police, who promptly intervened at the scene. The officers identified and apprehended the individual, while also returning the perfumes to the store. This incident highlights the effectiveness of surveillance in shopping centers in preventing thefts.
