On Tuesday, the 7th, Desenzano del Garda hosted an important joint forces operation focused on public safety, which involved various units of the Law Enforcement Agencies. Coordinated by the Chief of Police of the Province of Brescia, Paolo Sartori, the operation aimed to prevent urban decay and ensure compliance with regulations in public establishments. The checks concentrated on key areas such as the Train Station and the lakeside promenade, where 72 individuals were inspected, including 21 foreigners and 17 with criminal records. At the conclusion of the operation, the authorities issued several measures: two mandatory expulsion orders for individuals without justified reasons in the municipality, verbal warnings for citizens deemed socially dangerous, and expulsion decrees for irregular non-EU foreigners. The Chief of Police emphasized the importance of cooperation between Law Enforcement Agencies and local authorities in creating a safer and more participatory environment for citizens. Italian Version
