The redevelopment of Piazza Lago in Cisano has recently been completed, marking an important milestone for the ongoing works in Bardolino. The project, which began in January and cost €366,000, involved the replacement of marble and porphyry slabs, contributing to the revitalization of the area in anticipation of the tourist season. At the same time, the works by Azienda Gardesana Servizi on Lungolago Lenotti and in Borgo Cavour have also been completed, where deteriorated pipes that caused frequent breaks were replaced.
Currently, road safety works are continuing on Via Verona in Calmasino, with new sidewalks planned to improve traffic flow. These works, which started in mid-February, also include a broader project for the creation of speed bumps and 30 km/h zones in the village. Furthermore, the installation of retractable bollards in the historic center is planned to restrict access to pedestrian areas. Mayor Daniele Bertasi emphasized the importance of these interventions for the improvement of the area and the safety of citizens.
