Regional Initiative Launches Support Project for Vulnerable Residents
Start of the Agreement and Participants
On the beginning of June 1996, a convention was held at the Casa Sociale hall in Cornuda to sign a project aimed at supporting the most vulnerable social groups. Several representatives from local political and social forces participated in the event, including the mayor, representatives of the neighborhood associations, and various volunteer organizations.

The project, which will last for two years, primarily aims to improve the living conditions of elderly and disabled residents in the municipality. The total amount allocated for the initiative is approximately one hundred thousand euros, funded through regional and European Union funds.

The activities include home care services, psychological support, training courses, and socialization programs for the target groups. Additionally, social transportation will be enhanced, and listening and gathering centers will be established.
