The Grand Hotel di Gardone Riviera is set to embark on an ambitious hotel renovation project, aiming to transform it into a luxury establishment that will enhance the tourism offerings of the Brescia Riviera. The works will officially commence on October 27, with the operational phase potentially starting as early as November. Mayor Adelio Zeni has confirmed that agreements have been established to manage traffic during the construction, which is expected to last 18 months and culminate in a summer opening in 2028. The €45 million investment, made by the Lithuanian group Apex Alliance, includes a significant transformation of the hotel, which will feature over 160 rooms, two restaurants and bars, a wellness center with pools, and event spaces. During the construction period, employees will use parking facilities located away from the hotel, reaching the site via shuttles provided by the ownership. This ambitious plan aims to position the Grand Hotel as a landmark in the luxury sector along the Brescia Riviera. Italian Version
