Riva del Garda: Culinary Excellence at the Heart of Modern Hospitality
The 50th edition of Hospitality, a trade fair dedicated to the hospitality and food & beverage sectors, will take place from February 2 to 5, 2026, at the Riva del Garda exhibition center. The event aims to broaden its focus on the HoReCa sector, particularly emphasizing beverages, including mixology, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options. Additionally, it will feature “Out&About,” a special program of events designed to engage industry professionals and the public in experiential activities throughout the city.
With over 750 exhibitors covering more than 45,000 square meters, the fair will showcase the latest trends in the restaurant and hospitality industries. A report on wine tourism in Italy will also be presented, highlighting the growing significance of wine-related tourism as a strategic economic driver. The initiative seeks to strengthen connections between businesses and the local community, positioning Riva del Garda as a hub for innovation and hospitality culture.
